Sourcing | Insurance Shared Services

	This department uses new strategies and takes advantage of synergies to improve the ALBA Group’s competitiveness. It purchases all raw materials required within the group, negotiates supply contracts, performs marketing and sourcing studies, implements strategic cost optimisation programmes, and develops long-term partnerships with manufacturers and service providers.
