Staff

The staff is the group’s greatest asset. The number of employees within the ALBA Group has grown steadily over the last three decades, and today totals around three thousand. The fastest growth was in the early 1990s, with the group’s expansion in Eastern Germany.

Investments

New fields of business activity call for capital-intensive investments. ALBA keeps its sense of proportion at all times in performing long-term investments in technology and technical expertise, however.

Trading volume

Continuity and an unflagging will to succeed in a generally stagnant market explain the considerable trading volume of the ALBA Group. Consolidated sales reaches
about one billion euro.
