Combining theory and practice: If your individual study plans allow, you can work for us alongside your studies. A previous regular internship in our company is desirable but not a requirement. You will be directly involved in the day-to-day business and add to your knowledge as a full member of the team. Your project, your thesis: We operate in an international growth market where sustainable development and the environment play a major role. This dynamic setting offers numerous interesting areas for study. Combining theory with practice, you can make the issues that drive our business into your thesis project.
For a successful thesis: To write a thesis in the ALBA Group, you must be enrolled at a university or other higher education institution.
Ideally you will have done an internship with us, during which you have got to know our industry and work areas and maybe have already identified a suitable project for your thesis. You will normally need three months to write your thesis in the ALBA Group. We determine the time and duration together, taking into account your study regulations. Generally speaking you can write a thesis in any business area within the ALBA Group. Your career opening after graduating: Once you have successfully graduated, you have an excellent chance of a place in one of our career entry programmes. But we should also stay in touch if you are looking towards an academic career. Maybe an opportunity for an interesting project will come up sometime in the future.
