Get to know the full range of our commercial activities from the basics up, giving you the ideal preparation to start your career in industry.

What you can expect

  • Kick-off event in Berlin with trainees from all over Germany
  • Interesting, practical training
  • The opportunity to attend accompanying workshops
  • General administrative tasks of operational organisation and office management
  • Preparation of presentations, statistics and market analyses
  • You will be involved in the control, planning and monitoring of commercial processes
  • After a training phase, you will provide our customers with professional advice and support

What you need

  • Successful school-leaving qualification (upper or lower secondary – Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or Mittlere Reife) with good grades in mathematics, German and English
  • Interest in business administration
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Personal initiative, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • You enjoy working independently and on creative tasks and team projects
