ALBA: Recycling for a sustainable future

When ALBA started up in 1968, the notion of reusing products and materials as a resource was seen as worthy but utopian. ALBA saw from the outset that there was far more to waste than just a disposal problem, and moved early to invest in technologies to recycle the valuable materials it contains.
