Berlin. At this year’s EXPO REAL, the ALBA Facility Solutions team will be presenting its service offering to a wide audience of professionals from the real estate sector. From 4th until 6th October, at the ALBA stand, those attending the biggest trade fair for real estate in Europe will be able to find out about the ALBA portfolio in the field of facility management and property management.
“ALBA Facility Solutions stands for the efficient and reliable full-scale management of commercial, residential and specialist real estate. We convince with individual and customised solutions which we will be presenting in Munich,” explained Hans-Stefan Kalinowski, Managing Director of ALBA Facility Solutions GmbH. “At this year’s EXPO REAL, we are looking forward to interesting discussions and a stimulating exchange of ideas.” As in previous years, the ALBA Facility Solutions stand will be situated on the joint stand for Berlin and Brandenburg in hall B2, stand 420.
The EXPO REAL is the biggest trade fair for real estate and property investment in Europe. It has taken place at the Munich Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre (Messe München) at the beginning of October each year since 1998, and is hosted by Messe München GmbH. This year, more than 1,900 companies, cities and regions from 35 different countries will be presenting their products and services at the EXPO REAL. New this year: the REIN Real Estate Innovation Network, which will be highlighting digital change and the opportunities it offers the real estate sector, as well as the EXPO Real City Leaders Summit, which is oriented to cities and regions and will allow them to discuss developments and exchange ideas.
