Cologne. The INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH, a subsidiary of recycling specialists ALBA Group, is again represented at the international Fakuma trade fair, which will this year take place in Friedrichshafen from 13-17 October, 2015. Interseroh uses the world's largest trade fair for industrial plastic processing to introduce to a broad audience the high-quality plastic recyclates Recythen and Procyclen and its complete range of services in closing recycling cycles. At the Interseroh booth, located in Hall B1 1125, the environmental services provider
presents interesting exhibits that demonstrate the diverse possibilities of the use of plastics recycled from post-consumer materials under the motto "Advanced Performance of Recycled Plastic".
Recythen and Procyclen arise out of the in-house Recycled Resource production process which contributes to a sustainable use of resources from LDPE, HDPE and PP regranulates to application-specific product development of recompounds. Both recycled plastics offer the plastics processing industry the desired quality level depending on individual requirements and are continuously available with professional product support.
The range of innovative customer applications and products in which Recythen and Procyclen can be used has grown significantly again this year. Thus PP grades with significantly increased mechanical properties through reinforcing with glass fibres and talcum complement the product portfolio as do flame-retardant recompounds. For the first time HDPE grades for use in blowmoulding processes could be used successfully in the production of sustainable packaging. Procyclen can also be adjusted in terms of fluidity, impact strength, stiffness and UV and heat resistance and thus completely replace new material. In addition, both recyclates have excellent environmental and climate balance.
"In the Recycled Resource business area we are combining our expertise in mechanical plastic recycling and consistently further developing the capacities. In addition, with an independent R&D laboratory in Maribor, Slovenia, we are creating a base in order to meet individual customer requirements even faster and more individually." said Dirk Mellen, Head of Recycle Operations at Interseroh.
