Cologne. At today's annual general meeting of the listed environmental services Provider and raw materials trading firm ALBA SE in Cologne, Tax Consultant Patricia Hauswald (41), from Berlin, was elected as a new member to the company's administrative board. The shareholders gave their approval to the corresponding suggestion submitted by the administrative board. The administrative board is the firm's executive and controlling body.
The new election was required as Dr. Werner Holzmayer had previously resigned from his position as member of the administrative board with effect from October 31, 2013 onwards. Ms. Hauswald's period of tenure will end on May 27, 2017 at the latest.
"I am pleased to have gained the trust of the shareholders, and over the next three years I look forward to bringing my experience and knowledge into the firm," explained Patricia Hauswald after her election.
Patricia Hauswald has over 17 years of experience in the fields of group reporting, company taxation, M&A and restructuring. After successfully completing her university degree in economics during which she majored in auditing and tax studies, Patricia began her career at accounting firm Price Waterhouse. In 1999 she became the Group Accounting and Tax Manager of a SDAX listed corporation operating in the field of mechanical and Systems engineering, before then joining the ALBA Group, where she became Manager of the Accounting & Tax division in 2006. Since 2010, Patricia Hauswald has been working for the tax consulting and accounting firm Wagemann + Partner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, Berlin, and principally advises family-owned businesses.
