Patricia Hauswald leaves the administrative board of ALBA SE

Annual General Meeting to Choose Successor

raw materials provider ALBA SE will temporarily have just four members instead of five. With effect from 30 June onwards, Patricia Hauswald, a Tax Consultant who comes from Berlin, took the personal decision to resign from the body. Ms Hauswald explained that she had taken on new clients which were temporally incompatible with her duties on the administrative board of ALBA SE.
It now falls upon the shareholders of ALBA SE to choose a successor, and until that decision has been made, the board will temporarily have four members rather than five until the annual general meeting convenes next year.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Hauswald for her dedicated and excellent work on the administrative board of ALBA SE and regret that she is unable to continue her duties because of her other commitments,” highlighted Dr Axel Schweitzer, Chairman of the Administrative Board of ALBA SE.
After studying Economics at university, majoring on accounting and taxation, Patricia Hauswald began her career at accountancy firm Price Waterhouse. In 1999, she assumed responsibility for the group accounting and tax auditing of an SDAX-listed corporate group in the mechanical and plant engineering sector before then moving to the ALBA Group, where she was appointed manager of the Accounting & Tax division in 2006. Patricia Hauswald has been working for Tax Consultants and Chartered Accountants Wagemann + Partner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB in Berlin since 2010.
